Good Habit Lab is a web platform that will help people meet their health and wellbeing goals. It will bring together a broad range of insights from across behavioural science, combining the things we know work when you’re trying to change your habits and achieve stretching goals.
Good Habit Lab will enable users to set goals around healthy habits like exercise and select from proven methods to motivate themselves and keep on track (e.g. harnessing their social network or imposing rewards or penalties).
Good Habit Lab will launch in 2017. We’re looking to work with pilot organisations and their employees. Get in touch here.
