Lead Research Advisor

Aisling is the Lead Research Advisor in the Behavioural Insights Team’s Singapore office. She leads BIT Singapore’s research agenda through the design and analysis of randomised controlled trials, as well as the use of quasi-experimental methods and data science. While based in the UK office, Aisling designed a number of large-scale randomised controlled trials commissioned by the Department for Communities & Local Government, the Department for Work and Pensions, the Education Endowment Foundation and the Somerset Challenge. Aisling received the MSc Behavioural Science for Management Scholarship, completed the MSc Behavioural Science at the University of Stirling (2014) and holds a degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin (2012).
