Monica Wills Silva
Monica is a Senior Advisor at BIT. Her research focuses on the application of behavioural insights in Latin America, working with governments, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Since joining the team, she has worked on a range of topics in the UK and overseas, including anti-corruption, crime prevention, maternal health and teacher attendance.
Prior to joining the team, Monica worked with the German Agency for International Cooperation on crime prevention in South Africa and with a peacebuilding think tank in Colombia. Monica holds a Masters of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, and a BSc in Economics and a BA in Political Science from Los Andes University in Colombia.
