Veerle Snijders


Veerle is an Advisor based in our Wellington office, leading projects on employment, financial resilience and alcohol consumption. Prior to relocating from London, she was leading BIT’s work on mental health, driving both pragmatic trials and high-level policy changes. She has also led projects on workplace health, healthy eating, physical activity and hospital use. Outside of the Health team, she has worked on employment, charitable giving and tax compliance. She holds an MSc in Social Cognition from University College London and a BA (Hons) in social sciences from University College Utrecht. Prior to joining BIT, she worked as a project supervisor at Ipsos MORI.
