Advisor/Associate Advisor – Home Affairs and International Programmes

Permanent: 39 hours per week
Salary range: Advisor – £33,915 – £45,885 per annum, plus benefits
Salary range: Associate – £25,840 – £34,960 per annum, plus benefits

We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our Home Affairs and international programmes team at either Associate or Advisor level (download job description). You will work on a range of projects across these policy domains looking at ways in which behavioural insights can be applied to policy problems. Broadly speaking, you will work on two types of projects: field trials, where you will support the design and implementation of large-scale randomised controlled trials with partners across the criminal justice system in the UK and policy advice at a more strategic level where you will not lead on the implementation of an impact evaluation.
