Aisling is a Senior Advisor leading BIT’s work in consumer markets. Her work focuses on digital markets, regulated markets, vulnerable consumers, complaints, pensions and retirement. Along with Director of BIT Singapore, Aisling launched and developed BIT’s Singapore office and oversaw the office’s research and evaluation functions. She worked closely with several Singaporean government departments on projects and capability building, including with the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Manpower, and the Ministry for Social and Family Development. Prior to that she worked as a research advisor in London designing and implementing trials in secondary schools, and to support people who were unemployed and experiencing mental health challenges. Aisling received the MSc Behavioural Science for Management Scholarship, completed the MSc Behavioural Science at the University of Stirling (2014) and holds a degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin (2012).
